the color of november
chokeberries for the birds that will stay on branches until spring
tawny gold tall grasses swaying in the breeze
crackling leaves and bare branches
grey on green against a backdrop of steel blue sky
a red fox in a field of cornstalk stubble
a tumbled tangled garden that needs cutting down
everywhere i look, love and gratitude
follow.

We have some apples and Rowan-berries left in our trees and the birds love it. Beautiful image!
