tiny flowers the color of sky
if you aren’t careful, you will miss them,
these tiny, tiny flowers on the path outside my door
but just look at all that color
all that promise
all that life
just whispering
pay attention
.
wishing you a weekend filled with promise

oh oh oh … some day, some day we will have to visit each other’s homes ~ to watch the birds together, stroll about our yards in slippers or sandals, sipping coffee/wine talking about our plantings, smiling all the way … : )
we have these little beauties along the edge of the path on the east side of our house ~ i believe they are the very first bulbs i planted when we moved here 22 years ago and they still reach up to greet us each spring … and they will again once the snow melts … one promise i am certain of : ) xxo
